The Agricultural Institute of Slovenia offers selected agricultural produce and products grown and produced at its infrastructure centres across Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n
Our offer includes seed of Slovenian varieties and maintained varieties of agricultural plants, including cereals, grasses and clovers, as well as seed and table potatoes of KIS potato varieties. These varieties are developed, maintained and produced with expert support and are adapted to Slovenian growing conditions.<\/p>\n\n
We also offer apples from the Experimental Orchard at Brdo pri Lukovici, where fruit is produced according to organic and integrated production principles. The orchard includes a rich collection of apple varieties, and fresh apples are available seasonally, together with apple juice.<\/p>\n\n
In addition, KIS offers milling products made from Slovenian cereal and pseudocereal varieties bred or maintained at the Institute, including wheat flour from the Gorolka variety, buckwheat products from the \u010cebelica variety and millet groats from the Son\u010dek variety.<\/p>\n\n
Our products combine local origin, traceability, expert knowledge and long-term research and breeding work. Availability depends on the season, annual production and current stocks.<\/p>\n\n
