Introduction
The Project Office of the Agricultural Institute of Slovenia (KIS) plays a key role in supporting research projects at national and international levels. Established in 2018, the Office provides organisational and strategic support, enabling researchers to participate successfully in various projects and achieve the Institute’s strategic objectives.
It manages the administrative and financial processes related to project applications, including the preparation of required documentation, negotiations, and contract management. Its role in coordinating and organising project events and promoting research activities and results is equally important.
